We offer boxing classes for adults and boxing classes for kids aged 6-13 years old - these are separate classes, of course. Individuals aged 16 and above can train with adults with parental consent.
No experience is required. Regardless of your fitness level or martial arts experience, our classes are designed to be inclusive and supportive, encouraging beginners and seasoned members alike to learn and grow together in a team-oriented atmosphere.
Flexibility is key in our memberships, offering a 3 month Kickstart option alongside plans that cater to long-term goals, allowing you to choose what best suits your journey.
How will I be engaging with other members, will I be fighting them?
Rest assured, initial stages focus on learning and growth without sparring. As you gain confidence and skill, you'll have opportunities for controlled sparring and pressure tests, always under professional guidance, fostering a safe and supportive environment. These opportunities are optional, you do not have to engage in anything you are not comfortable with.
